Now that the famous Pinoy Big Brother House is about to open once again for aspiring housemates, we could not help but reminisce the former housemates who have been a part of this hit reality artista search of ABS-CBN.
Some of the housemates are now successfully spreading their wings in the colorful world of showbiz, those former housemates who are now successful actors, actresses, host, and model includes Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, James Reid, Melay Cantiveros, Ryan Bang, Robi Domingo, Beauty Gonzales, Wil Dasovich, Maymay Entrata and more.
While a lot of these housemates were given the opportunity in the limelight, others did not succeed in their hopes to be a famous artist. But it is true when they say that when one door closes, windows of opportunities open, this is the same thing that happened to former PBB Teen Clash of 2010 housemate Ann Li.
The then 15-years-old Ann is one of the “teenternational” housemates who was evicted during the 75th day of the 100-days reality show series.
Although she appeared in several ABS-CBN shows after her PBB stint, Ann Li did not really make it to the limelight. But 8 years after, who would have thought that this shy and soft-spoken Filipino-Chinese-Taiwanese girl will now become a successful model, fashion blogger, influencer, and a businesswoman all at the same time?
Just like her fellow PBB housemates, Ann Li has massive millions of followers on social media. She first became popular through her photography blog called “Annsnaps” in her own website AnnLouieLi.com where she shares fashion and lifestyle tips to her fans.
As a blogger, Ann has won several awards including the Shorty Awards for Fashion in 2011 and was hailed by It Girl of the Season by Vogue Taiwan back in June 2016.
In 2017, at the age of 22, Ann Li was the youngest personality who was included in “The Arts” category list. As a fashion blogger, Ann has been dividing her time attending fashion events in Taipei, Manila, and Paris.
Despite her popularity, prestigious job, and busy schedule, many would have thought that Ann Li’s glass is already full, but the young lady is truly unstoppable as she recently established her own company called “Chrysogem”.
According to a Preview featured article, Ann Li’s Chrysogem is “a wholesale distribution company focused on providing high-quality chrysocolla to high jewelry brands.”
On top of that Ann is also the founding ambassador of an award-winning global social enterprise called IMPCT. It is dedicated to establishing the future of early education in urban slums.
Last year, Ann Li was also included in Forbes 30 under 30 which features 300 young entrepreneurs.
