How could this have happened in the first place? After a series of evaluation, the doctors found out that the unidentified Chinese man reportedly sat too long in the toilet the night prior to his admission to the hospital.

Based on his narration, he was sitting on the toilet for about 30 minutes while busily playing video games on his smartphone. Apparently, he was too hooked on the game to notice the passing time. After that incident, the man reported extreme pain and discomfort in his rectum.

The doctors in the hospital diagnosed the man with rectal prolapse, which occurs when the muscles in the rectum slides out of place, causing it to stick out of the anus. The Chinese man’s case was even more serious because doctors who were interviewing him found out that he has been suffering from rectal prolapse when he was just four years old.
